Statuscode is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that status pages will be error-free or uninterrupted. You expressly understand that monitoring by nature involves downtime—we provide the lens, not the promise of 100% uptime.
2. Limitation of Liability
Statuscode and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. If a status page fails to notify you of an outage, or provides false information leading to financial loss, we are NOT liable for those damages.
3. Uptime Data Accuracy
Statuscode is a presentation and workflow layer on top of monitoring providers such as UptimeRobot and Better Stack. Monitor data, usage limits, history depth, outages, API access, and other provider-specific constraints are subject to the rules and technical limits of the provider you use. You should review their terms of service as well.
4. Fair Use & Management
To ensure platform stability, we enforce a 'Fair Use' policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or exceed reasonable usage limits for their respective tiers.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription plans are processed via our payment partners. All subscriptions are charged immediately upon activation — there is no free trial period. If you switch from one paid plan to another, the change will be processed according to the chosen billing mode (immediate upgrade or scheduled downgrade). When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle plus a 3-day grace period. After the grace period expires, your access will be revoked and your published status pages will be taken offline. Your project data is preserved and you can return anytime by subscribing to a new plan.
6. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account on Statuscode, you agree to these terms. These terms may change over time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
No Warranty Implied. Statuscode is provided "As-Is".
